Okey dokey. Well I'm now in the process of putting an action plan together for upgrading our clustered SAN (NetApp) and after that zeroing and initiating a new 1 TB Fiber Channel Disk Shelf for it. Turns out the shelf we bought from our partner nearly a year ago is finally going in, and it took me nearly a week to figure out that it was already associated with another filer. Go figure. On top of that we're scrambling to bring on a gigantic frickin client and I'm preparing to move all of our data center assets to a managed solution. Fun fun fun. On top of that I'm also researching Amazon's EC2 cloud to see if it would be a good temporary home for our corporate website. So needless to say, I don't have much time to do these updates, but I've found myself in the position today, where I don't want to work for the next hour or so. So I figured, I'd gather up all the little nuggets from ATN and pile them all in a little corner for your inspection. Let me know what you think!
